Return/Refund Policy
GamerTech unfortunately does not offer any returns or refunds. We build custom gaming PCs tailored to each persons individual needs.
This being said, our company does provide a full 3-year warranty with every custom gaming PC purchase. This warranty covers all labour costs associated with any repairs or upgrades.

At GamerTech, we take great care in ensuring your order is securely packaged and shipped in a timely manner. All orders shipped to the United States are subject to U.S. customs import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
By placing an order with us, you agree to accept and pay any applicable duties or fees upon delivery.
If an order is refused at the time of delivery, including refusal to pay duties, taxes, or failure to accept the package for any reason, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be held responsible for:
- All shipping costs incurred, including the original outbound shipping and return shipping charges.
- A 15% restocking fee, applied to the total value of the returned product(s).
These charges will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.
To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly encourage all U.S. customers to review and understand their local import duty rates and policies prior to placing an order.
