- Two-way shipping is covered for all warranty-related services
- Customers must retain the original GamerTech PC box and internal packaging, which is designed to properly protect the system during transport
- Shipping damage is not covered under the warranty
- Customers will have the option to add shipping insurance at the time of shipment, which is highly recommended
- Shipping insurance is calculated at the time of shipping and typically costs approximately $15 per $1,000 of declared value

Whatโs Included
Parts & Labour Coverage (1 Year)
Defective components are covered under manufacturer warranty and will be repaired or replaced at no labour cost.
Manufacturer RMA Process
In most cases, defective parts must be shipped back to the manufacturer for approval and replacement. Part replacement may take 2โ4 weeks, depending on manufacturer processing times and part availability.
PC Cleaning (1 Time Within First Year)
One complimentary internal PC cleaning is included within the first year to help maintain airflow and system health.
Whatโs Not Included
Physical Damage
Damage caused by physical impact or misuse is not covered, including bent pins, liquid/water damage, or visible physical damage.
Motherboard & Case Swaps
Motherboard replacements and case swaps are subject to labour fees, as these services require a full system teardown and rebuild.
Shipping Not Covered
Shipping costs to and from GamerTech for warranty service are not included under the Standard 1-Year Warranty.
Immediate Part Replacement Not Guaranteed
Same-day or on-the-spot part replacement is not guaranteed, as replacement parts are subject to manufacturer RMA timelines.
No Priority or VIP Service
Standard service queue applies. Same-day diagnostics, priority service, and instant part replacement are not included.
