Why Our 3-Year Warranty is the Best?
At GamerTech, we take pride in offering the best warranty policy in the industry. Our 3-year warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind and exceptional customer service. Here's why our warranty stands out:
1: Free/Included: We will never try to upsell you on warranty. Our warranty is automatically included with your purchase at no additional cost.
2: Free PC Cleanings: We understand that dust can accumulate over time and affect your PC's performance. With our warranty, every time your PC gets dusty, simply bring it in, and we will cover the cost of cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
3: Free PC Updates: Is your PC feeling old or slow? Don't worry! Bring it to us, and we will provide free updates to enhance its speed and efficiency.
4: Free PC Diagnostics and Repairs: If your PC encounters any issues, our warranty covers all diagnostics and repairs. Our expert technicians will diagnose the problem and fix it promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for you.
5: Unlimited Free Labour on Any PC Upgrades: Instead of buying a new PC, we offer unlimited free labour for any PC upgrades covered by our warranty. You only need to cover the cost of the components, while we take care of the installation and labour.
6. Free PC Part Replacements: If there is an issue with any of the components within the system, we will contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. You don't have to deal with the manufacturer or having to ship out the broken part, that will all be handled by our team to ensure you have a working PC again as soon as possible.
7: Virtual Diagnostics: We understand that not everyone can visit our physical store. Therefore, we provide the option of booking a free appointment with a technician for virtual diagnostics. We will assist you remotely to identify and resolve any PC issues you may be experiencing.
What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:
1: Physical Damages: Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover any physical damages to your PC. We recommend taking proper precautions to protect your device from accidental damage.
2. Shipping / Return Costs: In order to use your warranty, you must either bring the PC back to our shop, or have it safely shipped back to our office. We are not liable for any shipping damages or expenses that may occur.

For PCs purchased prior to 2023: All PCs sold before 2023 will include a 2-Year Warranty by default unless an extended 3-Year warranty was purchased. Please note that the 2-Year Warranty exclusively covers labor costs related to diagnostics, repairs, cleaning, and upgrades, and does not include coverage for parts.
For PCs purchased on or after January 1, 2023: Starting January 1st, 2023, all PCs will come with our standard 3-Year Warranty, providing comprehensive coverage for three years.
For Refurbished PCs: Refurbished PCs are covered by a 3-Year Labor Warranty, which encompasses labor costs for repairs, upgrades, cleanings, and diagnostics. Please be aware that this warranty does not extend to parts.
