How long does a custom build take?
Most custom builds are completed in 3–7 business days — component sourcing, assembly, and burn-testing. We'll email you updates at each stage. Need it sooner? Call us at (905) 247-7085 and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I specify my own exact components?
Yes — with a couple of notes. If you need a specific component that isn't listed on our site, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can source it. If it's a preference (specific colour, brand variant, fan size, etc.), leave it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate — we'll reach out if anything needs adjusting.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The GamerTech 1-year warranty covers all parts and labour for one year from purchase. If any component fails, we repair or replace it at no cost. Call (905) 247-7085 or bring it to our Vaughan store.
Can I trade in my current PC toward a new custom build?
Yes — GamerTech's trade-in program pays fair market value for your old system, applied directly to your new build. Call (905) 247-7085 or bring your PC to our Vaughan store to get an estimate before you order.
Is financing available on custom builds?
Yes — financing through Affirm is available at checkout. Split your custom build into flexible monthly payments. Visit our financing page for details.
What if I need a PC today?
Check our Same-Day Prebuilts — fully built, burn-tested, and in stock. Order by 4 PM for same-day dispatch. Next-day GTA, 1–3 days elsewhere.
Can I pick up my custom build in store?
Yes — once your build is complete you can pick it up at 10-470 North Rivermede Rd, Vaughan, ON. We'll notify you when it's ready. Store hours: Mon–Thu 11am–6:30pm · Fri–Sat 11am–6pm.
