Thank you for choosing GamerTech. We strive to provide exceptional products and services tailored to your specific needs. As all of our products are custom-built and unique to each individual, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Only fully built and ready PCs or showcase models are eligible for exchange.
    • The exchange must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
    • The computer being exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was received, with no physical damages.
  2. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the designated timeframe.
    • You will be required to provide the original proof of purchase and any relevant documentation.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in selecting an alternative PC that better suits your requirements.
  3. Conditions for Exchange:

    • The original computer must be returned to GamerTech within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
    • The computer must be packed securely and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
    • Any physical damages or alterations made to the computer will render it ineligible for exchange.
    • The exchange is subject to the availability of alternative PCs.
  4. Additional Costs:

    • You are responsible for any shipping or handling costs associated with returning the original computer for exchange.
    • If the selected alternative PC has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  5. Final Sale Items:

    • All custom-built PCs are final sale. All other PCs are available for exchange at customer's expense.  

Please note that this refund policy is specific to GamerTech and may not apply to other sellers or manufacturers. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, and any changes will be updated on our website.
