The MP33 offers NVMe responsiveness at a budget price, making it a good boot drive for older or entry-level systems. It works in any M.2 slot with NVMe (PCIe) support. Check that your motherboard or laptop has a free M.2 2280 slot with NVMe (PCIe) support; PCIe 4.0 drives also work in PCIe 3.0 slots at the slot's lower speed. Used drives are sold as-is — please back up any data on the drive you replace.
It is an NVMe M.2 2280 drive using PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe 1.3. It does not work in an M.2 slot that is SATA-only.
