The "KF" suffix means it is unlocked but has no integrated graphics, so a discrete graphics card is required. Runs on 600- and 700-series LGA1700 motherboards; plan on a strong cooler (none included). For long-term stability on 13th/14th-gen Intel CPUs, install a motherboard BIOS with Intel's latest microcode (0x12B or newer). No integrated graphics — requires a discrete graphics card (or a separate GPU) to display video. CPU only (no cooler unless shown in the photos). Check your motherboard's CPU support list and BIOS version before installing.
Any LGA1700 motherboard (Z690, B660, H670, Z790, B760, H610). Some early 600-series boards need a BIOS update. It does not fit LGA1200/LGA1151 or AM4/AM5.
