What brands do you repair?

All brands — custom gaming PC builds, pre-built systems (Dell, HP, ASUS, Lenovo, Acer, MSI, CyberPowerPC, iBUYPOWER, Alienware, etc.), and professional workstations. We repair desktops and gaming PCs of any make or model. We do not currently repair laptops.

What if you cannot fix my PC?

You only pay the $49.99 diagnostic fee, which covers our technician's time assessing the problem. If we can't fix it, or you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving our quote, there is no additional charge. That is our no-fix, no-fee guarantee.

Can you recover my data before repair?

Yes — we offer data backup and migration as an add-on service. Let us know when you bring in your PC if data recovery is a priority before any work begins.

How long does a typical gaming PC repair take?

Most common repairs (virus removal, OS reinstall, thermal paste, RAM/SSD swap, cleaning) are completed same-day within 1–4 hours. Complex repairs such as motherboard diagnosis, liquid damage assessment, or custom parts ordering take 24–48 hours.

We are an in-store repair centre. You can bring your PC to 10-470 North Rivermede Rd, Vaughan, or ship it to us from anywhere in Canada — we return it fully repaired. We do not currently offer on-site mobile repair service.

Yes. We repair PCs of any age, regardless of manufacturer warranty status. All components we install carry their own warranty, and GamerTech provides a repair warranty on all labour performed.
