We are happy to announce our virtual PC diagnostics and repairs. Our techs will hop on the phone with you and figure out your issue. Sometimes the issue is a little more complicated and hardware may need to be replaced. We cannot guarantee 100% fixes on all machines virtually. What we will do is try our best to figure out the issue, resolve it, or point you in the right direction as to what the problem could be. If you purchase the virtual diagnostic and wish to bring it in, we won't charge any additional labour or fees. Once you purchase this service, we will call you and book you in for a phone diagnostic. 

The diagnosis starts at $89.99. If the service call take more than 1 hour we begin to charge an additional $49.99 for every additional hour
